I wish Zillow gave me the option of 6 stars. Having never bought a house before, it is difficult to do an apples-to-apples comparison of realtors. However, if I were asked to write a list of qualities and skills I was looking for in a realtor, my description would match Jill and Greg perfectly. Working with them was a wonderful experience, and I value them not only as advisors, but also as friends. They were absurdly fast and on the spot (which you have to be in Denver's market) when new properties were listed. They were so quick to understand exactly what I was looking for, and gave me crucial advice on properties we saw. Working with their finance team at Coldwell Banker was also so streamlined and made it possible to get the home I was looking for. Because of their efficiency, hard work, and attention to detail, we found my perfect house and managed to be under contract within 12 hours of it going on the market. Had I chosen to go with someone else, I'd probably still be looking for a place in this frustratingly small inventory, instead of unpacking in my new house. I have Jill and Greg to thank for that.

Jill and Greg are AWESOME. I was dreading our move to Denver from Reno, like kicking and screaming like a defiant toddler. They picked us up at our hotel, and we hit it off immediately. We had an amazingly fun day of visiting the properties we had chosen, and some they had chosen for us, based on our preferences. They are knowledgeable about the market, well-versed in spotting the things wrong with properties, coached us through the basics of what would re-sale best in the area, and they are just plain fun to be around. <br/><br/>We spent about 7 hours on a Thursday traipsing through the suburbs of northern Denver, lots of humor involved when there were a few mishaps and wrong turns. We ended up choosing a home that "found" us, after viewing one in the neighborhood that was really not that nice. By dinner, we had decided that was the one. Jill and Greg took us back to the house the next day to meet with the sales agent. They walked us through everything. They advocated for us with the seller, and made sure we understood all the paperwork, again, humor all along the way. <br/><br/>Our house came with several challenges, a firm closing date being one. Jill and Greg were on the phone every day pushing the sellers to get the closing date and get us in there. They were persistent and assertive, and they were extremely patient with us. Even after the closing date, they made sure that all the things left undone at closing were addressed. They both have excellent follow-through. <br/><br/>I feel like they are dear friends now, and they definitely made me more comfortable about moving to the area. I highly recommend Jill and Greg. They are professional. They know the market here, and they have an incredible knowledge about real estate. We would have been lost without them. Our previous home was located in an area that had no comparables. The neighborhood was one in which all the homes were custom and the parents simply passed their homes on to their children.
